全家便利店自取包裹需知和店鋪搜尋

• 收件人電話號碼必須為手機號碼以收取包裹到店通知的簡訊。
• 包裹必須於到店後7天內提取，否則包裹將送回本公司倉庫，二次派送將收取費用。
• 請記錄全家便利店”店舖號“、”店舖名“及”店舖地址“。
• 收件人選擇在全家便利店自取包裹時，收件人地址應寫為 店舖號 (6位編號) + 店舖名 + 店舖地址。
• 例：020189 全家善導寺店 台北市中正區忠孝東路一段９號１樓

Information about FamilyMart Store Parcel Pickup and Store Location Search

• Receiver mobile number is a must to receive parcel “arrived convenience store” SMS notification.
• Parcel must be pickup within 7 days upon arrived to convenience stores.  Otherwise, parcel will be returned to our warehouse.  Re-delivery can be arranged with additional service charge.
• Please record the Store Number (店舖號), Store Name (店舖名) and the Store Address (店舖地址).
• When receiver choose self pick up at FamilyMart Store, the Receiver Address should be written as Store Number (6 digits) + Store Name + Store Address.
• Kindly be reminded to write the address in Chinese.
