*正式報關服務須於交貨或之前提出並確認。須提供銷售發票、裝箱單和個案委任書。正式報關所產生的費用（關稅、稅金及清關相關費用等）由客戶負擔。

*Request of formal clearance should be provided on or before shipment handover.  Sales invoice, packing list and POA must be provided.  Duties, taxes and customs related fee will be incurred and shall be borne by the customer.
